Every full-service event is different — each with its own guest count, menus, staffing, venue logistics and timeline — so instead of one fixed policy, the terms of each catering agreement are built around your specific event.

Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of delivery to that particular area, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate with you that.
